Avit Lévesque appointed Chief Transformation and Sustainability Officer at DRAKKAR

Benoit Hudon, President and Chief Executive Officer, is proud to announce the appointment of Avit Lévesque to the position of Chief Transformation and Sustainability Officer at DRAKKAR. With his remarkable experience in the aerospace and transportation sectors, Avit will assume his new duties with proven expertise and leadership acquired throughout his years in high-level strategic roles with Canadian and European companies.

Recognized for his rigor, compelling vision and ability to find solutions to complex business challenges, he distinguishes himself by his excellent ability to mobilize teams to achieve ambitious goals. Having been part of our ecosystem for almost a decade, Avit made a significant positive impact in several key positions at AAA Canada, our affiliate, before joining forces with DRAKKAR Aerospace & Ground Transportation as Vice-President, Performance and Chief Transformation Officer.

With diversified skills in aerospace, supplier management, aircraft design, systems engineering, international project management and product development, he brings an innovative vision and technical knowledge that will be valuable assets for the future of our company.

As part of his duties, he will oversee various projects of the ecosystem's affiliated companies, while providing support to all managers in the identification and deployment of transformation initiatives. His responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including the implementation of synergies between the affiliates, mergers and acquisitions, technology-related projects and the alignment of sustainability mandates within the guidelines defined by DRAKKAR's Board of Directors.
